Alan has been hiring CFO's for over twenty years at all stages in client organisations development, from pre-revenue and small cap PE portfolio companies through to bulge bracket and FTSE 30 organisations. He is passionate about ensuring the long term success of hires, through objective behavioural assessment, rigorous and contextualised referencing and thoughtful on-boarding. Alan has an Economics degree from Strathclyde University and an MBA from London Business School. He is a qualified Executive Coach and is currently studying for an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.
