What we do
Executive Search
We offer full service delivery - from understanding the business and the hiring purpose, developing the key criteria, researching and assessing the most relevant candidates, through to offer management and effective on-boarding.
We try to only work with one client at each stage of that process, so in the more labour intensive stages - in particular the assessment process - we can dedicate our time entirely to that project; no conflicts of interest, no focus being diluted by other processes - just absolute focus on delivery and consequently an ability to reduce the overall lead time for a search.
In-house Support
There is an increasing need to provide supplementary services to developing, and established, in-house teams. We offer a more flexible model than traditional search firms, where we provide parts of the search process, that for reasons of time, expertise or representation, clients don’t want to do themselves. Some examples would include:- assessment and referencing of individuals who have approached clients directly, providing objective assessments of internal candidates, 360º referencing for internal candidates in development or promotional process, the development of leadership competency frameworks and outplacement services.
Independent Referencing
We are strong advocates of the value of independent referencing. Independent referencing allows for an objective and contextual look at the leadership experience of an individual, individuals or an entire management team, with complete alignment with the client. Referencing is usually completed within one week and can be tailored to the needs of the client, providing real-time updates where hiring decisions are being made at pace. Referencing is often seen as an affirmation process, as a box to tick, however it should be one of the most powerful insight and governance tools, and a critical part of any search and appointment process.
